Antique French Rosewood Wardrobe Armoire
 
A Rosewood Armoire of superb quality featuring its original mirror plate.
 
The cornice is decorated with raised ebonised foliated carvings to the front, which also feature on the top of the door and to the lower concealed drawer.
 
There is a full-width drawer above the concealed drawer with working lock and key. The main mirrored door also has a working lock and key. Brass escutcheons cover both key holes. 
 
Inside are three adjustable shelves.
 
Overall in superb condition after passing through our workshop, where it has been checked over, cleaned and re-waxed, ready to place in the home.
 
The top section is removable for transporting and moving around in the home.
 
The piece shows minor wear commensurate with age (please see photos), including some minor speckling within the mirror plate.
