Art Deco Sculpture in Plaster signed S Melani
A delightful art deco sculpture by Salvatore Melani (1902 - 1934) of a woman sitting with her hand out-stretched towards a young deer. The woman has a wrap around dress that she is holding with her right hand.
The sculpture is well-detailed with the signature S Melani on the base.
The piece is in very good condition with one historic repair to the left arm, which is all in solid condition.
