Floral carved motifs on head and foot boards and on front cabriole legs with lovely carved wooden frame.
 
In good condition for its age with only a few minor marks; slightly faded material for a bed of this age.
 
A typical way of supporting a mattress would be to use a wooden slatted mattress support made to fit (not included).
