French Coffee Table with Nest of 4 Tables Louis XVI Style 1950s
 
This is an unusual configuration of one main coffee table with a stacking system for four smaller folding tables.
 
The main table top has an attractive quarter book-matched inlaid panel surrounded by decorative brass lines and floral brass decorations to each corner. The main table stands on turned, tapered and reeded legs.
 
The four identical smaller tables have folding tops which allow them to be neatly stored below the main table. The tops all bear decorative brass banding.
 
All the tables are decorated with brass and sabot feet.
 
Overall the tables are in good condition with minor age-related marks - please see photographs.
 
All the tables have been cleaned and re-polished.
