Large Henri II Overmantle mirror in walnut from South West France with turned tapering fluted baluster columns flanking each side.
 
Turned finials to the top and decorative applied mouldings across the top.
 
The mirror plate is clear and clean and appears to be a later replacement.
 
There is some evidence of previous woodworm that has been fully treated and then a traditional wax finish applied.
