Large 19th Century Antique French Farmhouse Table
The extra long Farmhouse Table is constructed in pine and comes with two removable extension leaves.
The extensions are of a later date and have been made within traditional methods. With the leaves fitted, the table can seat twelve people.
The table has been made with traditional construction techniques such as pegged joints and features a central drawer with a turned drawer pull.
The legs are shaped on all four sides and lead down to tipped feet to give good knee height.
These tables were originally used as kitchen preparation tables, hence the historic age and use marks on the top surface.
Overall in excellent condition, having been through our workshop, where we have checked all the joints and cleaned the table, ready to place in the home.
The chairs in the photographs are for demonstration purposes. We do have a set of 8 of these chairs. Please enquire if you are interested.
