Magnificent Large French Taxidermy Wild Boar Head (Sanglier)
 
This taxidermy wild boar's head has been mounted onto a solid oak shield and originates from South West France, where it has been preserved as a hunter's trophy.
 
Captured in a naturalistic pose by the taxidermist, this well-preserved head is in great condition and will make a statement wherever it is hung! It is rare to find a specimen head of this size.
 
To the rear is a steel hanging bar.
