A lovely example of an Ornate French Gueridon Violin Table Napoleon III with a book-matched mahogany top and moulded outer edge. Set within the frieze are two concealed drawers decorated with floral and foliate designs.
The top sits on a substantially turned baluster column decorated with acanthus leaves leading down to four legs standing on original casters.
The legs are decorated with C scrolls and further floral decoration.
The table has been cleaned and waxed in our workshops. There are a few old impression marks to the top as can be expected for a piece of this age - please see photographs.
